Joe Pantoliano, 74, best known for playing Ralph Cifaretto on The Sopranos, told Page Six on June 14 that he manages his mental health with what he calls “the three Ms”: masturbation, medication, and meditation.

Pantoliano has been public about depression and addiction for over a decade, and founded the nonprofit No Kidding, Me Too to reduce mental health stigma. The three-M framework is the most distilled version of that message on record.

He did not name the medication. He did not name the meditation practice. The ordering of the three Ms, however, appears to be intentional — Pantoliano listed them that way twice, according to the Page Six account.

The nonprofit's website does not currently reference the regimen.
