Dattner Dispoto and Associates and Worldwide Production Agency are merging, the two firms announced, folding their separate rosters into a single agency positioned to compete across film, television, commercial, and digital media.
DDA, known primarily for its representation of below-the-line talent and crew, and Worldwide Production Agency, which operates in overlapping commercial and production territory, did not disclose the financial terms of the arrangement.
The combined entity will operate globally, according to the announcement reported by Variety on July 15, 2026, though the merged agency's official trading name had not been confirmed at the time of filing.
The deal arrives as mid-tier agencies across Hollywood have spent the better part of a decade folding into one another, a consolidation wave that has reshaped the below-the-line representation business almost as thoroughly as the streaming disruption reshaped the projects those agents are booking.
The announcement did not mention what happens to the two existing agency names — both of which, as of this week, were still on the letterhead.
