Cary Fukunaga, the director behind No Time to Die and True Detective's first season, has listed his penthouse at 570 Broome Street in SoHo for $9 million, according to the listing reported by Curbed.

The unit runs three bedrooms and three bathrooms inside a full-service condominium building that came up in 2017, toward the southern edge of the neighborhood where Broome crosses into the canal district blocks.

For buyers with larger ambitions — or larger furniture — the listing carries an option to acquire the adjoining penthouse as a package. No combined asking price has been publicized, which leaves a number sitting conspicuously off the listing sheet.

570 Broome is one of the newer towers in a stretch that has rebranded itself as “Hudson Square” with varying degrees of success, depending on which broker you ask and how close you are standing to the Holland Tunnel approach.

Fukunaga is based primarily in Los Angeles. The Broome Street penthouse has not been reported as his primary residence.
