Justin and Hailey Bieber have purchased a four-bedroom unit at 160 Leroy Street in Manhattan's West Village for $12 million, according to reporting by Curbed.

The building is an Ian Schrager development designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern, completed in 2017 on the corner of Leroy and Washington Streets. It sits roughly a block from the Hudson River waterfront.

Schrager, who co-founded Studio 54 and later built the boutique-hotel category with the Morgans Hotel Group, positioned 160 Leroy as a high-design residential product. Stern's exterior references prewar Manhattan masonry — a deliberate contrast to the glass towers that dominate Hudson Yards and the Far West Side.

The Biebers have maintained residences in both the United States and Canada. Their previous New York-area footprint included a rental in Tribeca and, before that, a much-documented tenure in various short-term arrangements across the metro area.

At $12 million for four bedrooms, the unit lands at the upper end of the building's recorded transaction range. The refrigerator situation was not disclosed.
