Justin and Hailey Bieber have purchased a four-bedroom unit at 160 Leroy Street in Manhattan's West Village for $12 million, according to property records reviewed by Curbed.
The address is Ian Schrager's Hudson River-adjacent tower, designed by Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron and completed in 2018. The building sits at the corner of Leroy and Washington Streets, one block from the Hudson River Park waterfront.
160 Leroy has drawn a consistent roster of high-profile buyers since its opening. Units in the building have traded in ranges from roughly $4 million to well above $20 million, depending on floor and configuration.
The Biebers have maintained residences in Los Angeles and in Ontario, Canada. No statement was issued by representatives for either party at time of publication.
The four-bedroom configuration they selected is among the building’s larger residential layouts. The refrigerator brand was not listed in publicly available records.
