Justin and Hailey Bieber have purchased a four-bedroom unit at 160 Leroy Street, the Ian Schrager–developed condominium tower in Manhattan's West Village, for $12 million, according to reporting by Curbed.

160 Leroy is among the more architecturally scrutinized addresses in lower Manhattan — a Schrager project designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the Swiss firm responsible for the original Tate Modern conversion in London. The building sits at the corner of Leroy and Washington streets, one block from the Hudson River waterfront.

The Biebers have maintained a primary residence in the Toronto suburb of Alton, Ontario, where they purchased a roughly 9,000-square-foot estate in 2022 for approximately $26 million CAD. The West Village unit represents their most prominently reported New York City foothold to date.

Schrager's 160 Leroy has previously attracted buyers including Google co-founder Sergey Brin. Units in the building have traded at varying price points since the tower came to market, with the $12 million figure placing the Bieber unit in the building's mid-to-upper range by recent comparable sales.

The four-bedroom listing did not include a publicized mention of the building's $150-per-square-foot-per-year amenity fees.
