Ojani Noa, the Cuban-born actor and restaurateur who was married to Jennifer Lopez between 1997 and 1998, has given an account of a confrontation he says he had with Sean Combs over alleged infidelity during that marriage.

Noa, who appeared in the 2002 film Eye See Me, told the story to Page Six, describing a direct, in-person exchange in which he reportedly called Combs a “coward.”

The marriage between Noa and Lopez, which ended in divorce after roughly a year, has surfaced periodically in tabloid coverage over the decades — including a 2009 legal dispute between Noa and Lopez over footage from their time together.

Combs, 56, is currently the subject of a federal criminal case in New York on charges including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty. The allegations Noa describes are separate from and unrelated to that proceeding.

Noa's account does not include a specific location, date, or third-party witnesses for the confrontation as described in the Page Six report published July 27, 2026.

The refrigerator from the couple's shared apartment is not itemized in any known public filing.
