Jennifer Lopez has found a buyer for the Beverly Hills estate she shared briefly with Ben Affleck, ending a two-year sales process that required approximately $18 million in cumulative price reductions to close the gap between the ask and what the market would bear.

The property, a roughly 38,000-square-foot compound in the guard-gated enclave at 61 Ambrose Avenue in Bel-Air, was first listed in mid-2024 at $68 million. The final accepted offer has not been recorded in Los Angeles County public records as of filing time.

Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024, citing irreconcilable differences, after the couple married in a Savannah, Georgia ceremony in August 2022 and a larger celebration shortly after. The home was purchased during the marriage for $60.85 million.

The reported buyer is described by the New York Post as comparably famous to Lopez, though no name appears in any filed document. The identity of the buyer, if confirmed, would be the kind of detail that turns an already-unusual real estate transaction into something else entirely.

The listing had been on the market since July 2024. The accepted offer arrived in July 2026. The compound includes a 12-bedroom main house, a dedicated wellness center, and a movie theater. It does not include Ben Affleck.
