Disick is the father of Mason, 16, Penelope, 14, and Reign, 11 — the three children Kardashian shares with him from a relationship that ended in 2015. Barker, the Blink-182 drummer she married in May 2022, has three children of his own from a prior marriage to Shanna Moakler.

The omission was visible to the roughly 220 million followers on Kardashian's account. Page Six reported the snub on June 22.

Disick, who has been photographed in recent months in Los Angeles, did not appear in the post in any capacity. A representative for Disick did not issue a statement. The children were not tagged.

Mason turned 16 in December 2024.
